- Visit the Family Dollar MyPay website: my.doculivery.com/familydollar.
- Enter your User ID, which is the same as your Associate ID.
- Enter your initial password, which is a combination of your 2-digit birth month, 2-digit birth year, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). For example, if your birth date is January 01, 1990, and the last four digits of your SSN are 6785, your initial password would be 01906789.
