I have celiac, and have talked to the manager here (Waxahachie location) many times. I am kind of over the top when it comes to my dining and safety, so I am a good test case for those of us who are super particular or super sensitive. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great food, very GF knowledgeable. I don't know about the negative reviews, but I have eaten here 10 times with no problem and always get something different. I feel safe here and the food is really good, and good price. My husband (also GF) loves the spicy beef enchiladas. The chips and salsa are GF (dedicated fryer). I just at there and got the spicy beef nachos, and my husband got the beef fajitas with corn tortillas (all GF!) I am STUFFED!
Talk to the manager if you want peace of mind, he will help you. The spicy beef is gluten free, the brisket is gluten free. I don't think that is marked clearly on the menu. Ask if you have any questions. But I recommend!! GO! ;)

TaMolly’s was great. I had a chicken chili relleno and it was so good. They have a separate fryer so the chips and hot sauce were really good. We started off with Bobs queso dip and was really good. They asked if I had a gluten allergy and seemed knowledgeable about being gf. They had a gluten free menu and had a gf flag in my food when it came out. I had no problems with getting sick here at all. Great Mexican food experience. Will definitely go back

Have eaten at this location and the one in Texarkana a few different times and haven’t gotten sick. My food comes out with a little gluten free flag and the staff knows what you’re talking about when you mention celiac and/or gluten free. I’ve missed Texmex and will drive for this! Yum!

I ordered an enchilada plate and it was delicious. The server was very knowledgeable and brought my food out first with a clean potholder and a little flag on it indicating GF. I was very happy with my food and the presentation.

I’ve eaten at two different TaMollys (This one and one near Shreveport). Both times, while the management may be knowledgeable, I haven’t found the waitresses to be knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu. And both times I’ve gotten sick.

This is a great place to eat. The staff is fully trained to handle GF needs. As an added measure, the manager brings out the GF food himself, preventing any cross-contamination from the other orders at your table. There are quite a few options and the food is very good. Bonus: The chips are GF!

Celiac friendly and knowledgeable, but very mediocre food and very poor service. Never refilled our bottomless chips and salsa, left drinks empty a long time. Waitress disappeared for very long periods of time. Queso Blanco was one of the nastiest things I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Enchiladas were okay.

The staff is trained in gluten free with a separate area in the kitchen. I had no cross contamination and felt very safe. They labeled their regular menu as well as had a separate gluten free menu. Such a great experience!

The staff is kitchen trained for no gluten food. They have a great gluten free section and it tasted amazing! Definitely recommend this place. I was able to eat the chips and salsa which is rare whenever I go to a Mexican restaurant! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

TaMollys in wonderful. So many gluten free options and the staff is so super nice. We always have fresh hot food and friendly service. The manager brings the gluten free dish to the table, they are careful and very attentive.

The staff was very friendly and our food came out with little “gluten free” labels on them. I ate here and am almost always symptomatic at a shared restaurant and I had no reaction! If you’ve been craving some good classic Tex mex, this is perfect!!

I was very impressed with this location. The girl that brought out my food told me she prepared it gluten free, she had on gloves and was very careful on making sure it was right. Everything on the menu is clearly marked! Food was delicious too!
