Wordscapes is one of the most popular free-to-play mobile word games. Players are given a set of random letters that they must swipe in various directions to form words and fill out a crossword puzzle.

The game has more than 6,000 levels, but you can also play a puzzle that's updated every day. Wordscape Daily Puzzle is more challenging than the pre-set levels, as it contains more words that you need to uncover and, therefore, more letters to work with.

If you get stuck, you can request a hint by pressing the lightbulb button. The first 3 hints are free, but once you're out of those, you need to pay with coins for additional help. If you're out of both hints and coins, you can consult our article, as we update it daily with the current day's Wordscapes answers.

How to Unlock Daily Puzzle in Wordscapes

Daily puzzles are locked once you begin playing the game. To gain access to this feature, you need to finish the first 12 levels (called the Sunrise block). Once you complete the levels, you'll notice that the calendar icon in the main menu is unlocked.

Wordscapes Tips and Tricks

The following tips can help make your game progress smoother:

  • Start with the shortest words first since those are easier to figure out, and they'll provide clues for more complicated words.
  • Don't forget abbreviations, as those count as possible answers, too.
  • Consider the plural forms of words.
  • Try taking a break if you're stuck and come back to the game after a few minutes.
  • Use the shuffle option to change the order of letters, as this might give you a fresh perspective.
